Hazel Adams Lee, age 80, of Douglas GA passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at the Shands Pavilion Hospice in Jacksonville Fl. Mrs. Lee a native of Coffee County, GA was born February 18, 1930: she is the daughter of the late Weldon & Dora Worth Adams. She is the widow of the late John L. Lee. Survivors include: Sons, Rev. Carroll (Carolyn) Lee, Lake City FL & Billy (Musa) Lee, Groveland FL, Daughter, Linda (Jimmy) Creech, Howey-in-the-Hills FL, Sisters, Retha Hamilton, Douglas GA, Carolyn Kirkland, Callahan FL, Mary Pittillo, Hendersonville NC, Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010, at the Sanctuary at Waldroup Avenue with Burial in the Tanner Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Sims Funeral Home on Friday; calling hours are 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
