Barbara A. (Look) Guarino, 76 years, of Brockton died February 28, 2010 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the devoted and loving wife for 60 years of Joseph L. Guarino. Born in Worcester and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Eva (Sampson) Look. For many years Barbara worked in the Cafeteria of the Davis Elementary School. She enjoyed Country and Western dancing Saturday nights at the American Legion in Weymouth and playing Bingo.
Barbara was the mother of Deborah Runey and her husband Lawrence, Joseph, Jr., Michael and his wife Norma, David and his wife Joan and Jay and his wife Karen. She also leaves eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 11am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-7pm. Donations in Barbara’s name may be made to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Road Suite 400, Waltham, MA 02451.
