Marie B. Scheiner, 98 of Brentwood, NH died Saturday February 27, 2010 in the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood. Mrs. Scheiner was born in Burlington, VT on October 19, 1911, daughter of the late Arthur G. and Helen (Counter) Vincent. She had resided in Brentwood since 2004, more recently living in Derry, NH. She married Herbert Scheiner in Rockville, CT and lived there for several years. She later moved to Reading, MA while her husband was employed for John Hancock Insurance Co.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Mathews of Silver Springs, FL, her son-in-law, Robert Anderson of Hampstead, NH, her daughter-in-law, Fran Scheiner of Sarasota, FL, seven grandchildren, also several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in 1995 by her husband, Herbert Scheiner and in 2009 by her daughter, Ann Anderson.
There are no calling hours. The family will hold private graveside services in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry, NH. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01710. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH is handling arrangements.
