Smith, Carline, 89, passed away on Saturday morning, February 27, 2010.
He was a retired carpenter and faithful member of Shively Christian Church.He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Athylene Smith. Survivors include sons, David Smith, Darrell Smith (Marcia); daughter, Darla Pomeroy (Tom); grandchildren, Dana, Kyle, and Amanda Smith, Leighann Brown, and Marshall Pomeroy; great grandchildren, Andrew and Makayla; and sister, Jewell Fey.
Funeral service will be 11am Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Monday 3-8pm at the funeral home.
