Lowell: Mr. Kenneth E. “Emo” Gagnon, 52, died Monday at the Lawrence General Hospital. Born in Lawrence, Mr. Gagnon had been an area resident all of his life, having moved to Lowell 2 years ago. He was an employee at Waddington North America. The son of the late John E. Gagnon, Sr. And Doris (Fecteau) Gagnon , he is survived by:
