Muriel C. Carignan 63, of St. Paul St. died Tuesday at Landmark Medical Center. She was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Aram and Oclea J. (Godin ) Cote, and lived most of her life in Woonsocket. Muriel was a homemaker. She was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. She was the beloved mother of Kenneth N. Carignan of FL, Michael P. Carignan and his wife Brenda of Burrillville and Angel-Marie Corbett and her husband James of Washington, PA. She is also survived by her best friend Frankie Gill of Woonsocket, a brother Maurice Cote of Blackstone, a sister Jeannine Ayotte of Abiline, TX, eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Visiting hours will be held Friday 4-7 PM in the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
