Morris L. Shultz of Revere and formerly of Lynn died on February 17, 2010. He was 93 years old. Morris was the beloved husband of Rose (Rosenberg) Shultz to whom he was married for 67 years.
Morris was born in Boston and educated in the Lynn schools and high school. He was retired as a foreman for the Business Equipment Corporation. Morris was a World War Two Army veteran and was very active in the Jewish War Veterans. He was also a member of Temple Tifereth Israel of Revere. Morris was described as an extremely devoted husband, father, and grandfather whom loved food shopping, driving, and the Boston Red Sox.
Morris was the devoted father of Elaine Gadon and her companion James O’Brien. He was the loving brother of Bella Weisberg and her husband the late Philip Weisberg. Morris was the loving grandfather of Jay Gadon, Bradley Gadon and his wife Amy, and Heather Gadon Lee and her husband Andrew. He was the loving great grandfather of Myles, Marley, Maxwell, Ethan, and Rachael. He is also survived by many neices and nephews
Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., (Cary Sq.) Chelsea on Friday, Feb. 19 at 10:30 AM. Interment in Sharon. Memorial observance at his late residence following interment and on Saturday from 6-8 PM at the home of Elaine Gadon and James O’Brien. Contributions in Morris’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
