SMITH, ANITA ANTOINETTE DIRCKSEN, 81, of Louisville passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Anita was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, PRP Women's Club, and St. Paul's "Young at Hearts".
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Delores Richardson and Rita Stuber; brother, Frank Dircksen; and daughter-in-law, Donna Smith.
Anita is survived by her children, Donna Billig (Mark), Janice Seaman (Steve), Dennis Smith, Barbara Seaman (Michael), Terry Smith, Ronald Smith (Karen), Karen Boss Jarboe (Rick), and Brenda Embry; sister, Shirley Brownfield; 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many close friends and neighbors.
Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lowers Hunters Trace, with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hosparus of Louisville or St. Paul Catholic Church.
