Obituary

Paula Hendley Clark, 48, of West Berrien Community died Friday, February 12, 2010, at Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2010, at Brookfield Baptist Church. Rev. Gary Cadwell and Rev. Edward Mimbs will officiate with burial to follow in Oakey Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Deacons of Brookfield Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the Adult Mixed Sunday School Class of Brookfield Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 14, 2010, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.

Mrs. Clark was born on October 16, 1961 in Berrien County and was the daughter of Bud Hendley of Illinois and Jo Ann Hand McHolland and her husband, Joseph, of West Berrien Community. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Beatty; one son, James F. Clark and one daughter-in-law, Patty Clark. She was the co-founder of Clark Food Corporation and a member of Brookfield Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband, David F. Clark of West Berrien Community; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Logan Ross Clark of West Berrien, DeWayne and Ginger Clark of Moultrie, and David S. Clark of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Paul Borboa of Beaufort, South Carolina; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Phil Hendley of West Berrien Community and Vance and Kriste Hendley of McDonough; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Douglas DeVine of Albany, Jennifer and Melvin Burchett of Calhoun and Ramona and McClain Garver of Calhoun; and two grandchildren, Savannah Clark and Rebecca Richter; and two great grandchildren, Hannah Richter and Jakob Richter.
