Cecile S. (Viens) Bosse, 96, formerly of Bedford died February 9, 2010 at her daughter’s residence in St. Albans Bay, VT after a long illness.
She was born on May 12, 1913 in Pembroke, NH, the daughter of William and Alpheda (Richard) Viens.
Prior to retirement in 1977, she had worked as a nurse’s aide at the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord. Previously, she had worked at Textron and Waumbec Mills for several years.
She was predeceased by her husband Leo J. Bosse in 1976, and a son, Roger Bosse in 1998.
Mrs. Bosse was a longtime communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown.
Family members include one daughter Gertrude Harnois of St. Albans Bay, VT; two grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great great grandchild ; nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, February 12, 2010 in St. John the Baptist Church, corner of Main and School streets, Allenstown. Spring burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Allenstown.
