WORCESTER – Louis A. Dumouchel, 89, formerly of Spencer and Worcester died Sept. 29 in the Blaire House after an illness.
His wife of 66 years, Doris M. (Emmett) Dumouchel died in October of 2002. He leaves two sons Ronald L. Dumouchel of East Brookfield and Gerald S. Dumouchel of Fairfield, Maine; a daughter Joan L. Pratt of Worcester; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was born in Worcester son of Louis E. and Sylvina (Brodeur) Dumouchel.
Mr. Dumouchel was a machine operator for Elfskin Company in Cherry Valley retiring in 1976. He also owned Louis Antenna Service in Worcester for 18 years.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, October 1 in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street (www.Royfuneral.com) with a service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 1 in the funeral home.
