Obituary

WEBSTER - Adele L. (Mroczek) Pakulski, 102, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 4, at Lanessa Extended Care. Her husband of 63 years, Frank M. Pakulski, died in 1994.

She leaves a son, Francis J. “Skip” Pakulski and his wife Patricia of Williston, VT; 3 grandchildren, Mark Pakulski and his wife Sherri, Steven Pakulski and his wife Mindy and Pamela Cummings and her husband Todd; 7 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Monica Gogolinski, Tessie Surozenski and Theresa Makowski, all of Webster, and Josephine Kaczmarek and her husband Edmund of Dudley; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother Edmund Mroczek and by 3 sisters, Hermina Madura, Valencia Plasse and Charlotte Klekotka.

She was born in Webster, a daughter of Joseph and Leokadya (Bonczek) Mroczek and was a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Pakulski was an inspector at Cluett-Peabody Company in North Grosvenordale, CT, for 50 years, retiring in 1972.

She was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica and its Saint Anne Society. She enjoyed crocheting afghans. She loved her son, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She delighted in spoiling them and taking walks with them near Webster Lake.

The family would like to extend its thanks to the staff at Lanessa Extended Care, and especially to David Rapoza, for their tender care for Adele.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 13, in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
