Andover: Mr. George A. Batta, 69, died Tuesday at Academy Manor Nursing Home. Born in Lebanon, Mr. Batta had been an area resident for the past 35 years. He retired in 2001 from Lucent Technologies where he worked as a senior operator. He was a member of the Telephone and Telegraph Pioneers of America. Mr Batta is survived by:
