She was preceded by husband, Travis Bartley; son, Timothy Bartley; parents, Paul and Pauline Harlow; brother, Clyde Harlow; and sister, Elnor Shaw.
Survivors: daughter, Sheila Biscan; granddaughter, Angela Lewis; brothers, Bobby, Donnie and Joe Harlow; and sisters, Jeannine Shaw, Margaret Lee and Patricia Fant.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Friday; and after 10 a.m. Saturday Memorial gifts to Home of the Innocents.
