Frederic S. Low, 79, formerly of Fordway Extension, Derry, NH died Friday morning January 18, 2002 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. Mr. Low was born in Windham, NH on April 20, 1922, the son of the late, Frederic and Ethel (Bloomfield) Low. He had most recently resided in Londonderry with his stepdaughter, formerly living in Derry since 1975 and previously Windham. Mr. Low had been employed as a Foreman in the Highway Department for the State of NH, retiring in 1984. He had also worked as a police officer and a firefighter in the town of Windham.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Rawson, Chesterfield, NH, his stepdaughter, Nancy Peppin, Londonderry, his stepson, Richard Low, Derry, two grandchildren, Mrs. Steven (Pamela) Milton, Derry, David Peppin, Derry, five great grandchildren, one brother, Willis Low, Windham, two sisters, Priscilla Pelletier, Sandown, Harriet Low, Windham, also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in May 2001 by his wife, Ruth A. (Schofield) Low and also by his grandson, James Vaillancourt in 2000.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, memorial services will be held on Wednesday January 23, 2002 at 5:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry.
