Jeanne A. (Cormier) Casello, 73, of 21 Boutilier Road, died Wednesday, Feb. 3 in St. Vincent Hospital.
She leaves her husband of 54 years, Nicholas P. Casello, a son Nicholas A. Casello and his wife Jacqueline of Leicester, two daughters Emily A. Vandale and her husband Paul of Spencer, Michelle F. Doray and her husband John of Leicester, a brother Albert Cormier of San José, CA, two sisters Patricia Katinas of Worcester, Ann Marie Setaro of Cumberland, R.I., grandchildren Matthew, Sharyn, Bryan, Leah, Craig, Breanna, Nicholas A. Jr., Emilia & Maximus, great-grandchildren Matthew, Scarlett & Leanna and several nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by two daughters Sharon M. Casello and Ann Marie Girouard and a sister Joanne Lavalle.
Mrs. Cormier was born in Long Island, New York, the daughter of Albert and Alma (Lovely) Cormier. She was a cook at Becker College for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church. She loved spending time with her family and caring for her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, traveling across the country, the beach, reading and crossword puzzles.
The funeral will be held Saturday, Feb. 6 from MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 759 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are Friday from 4 to 6 PM.
