Mrs. Kathleen Ruth (Faulkner) Langley, beloved wife of the late Robert E. Langley and a longtime resident of Medford, died at the Dexter House Nursing Home in Malden on Sunday, January 31, 2010, following a lengthy illness. She was 89 years old.
Born in Medford, Massachusetts, on February 9, 1920, she was the beloved daughter of the late Hugh and Minnie (Schnare) Faulkner. Kathleen was a member of the First Community United Methodist Church in Medford and was a homemaker, always caring for her beloved family.
She will be sorely missed by her loving daughter and son-in-law; Joan L. and her husband Frank R. Pontifex of Malden, two grandchildren; Erik and Heather Pontifex and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service was celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at 9 AM. Many relatives and friends respectfully attended.
