Wilma Leona Harris, 90, of Londonderry, NH, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2010, at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. She was born on September 26, 1919, in Manchester, a daughter of the late, William H. and Edith (Kennedy) Charland. Mrs. Harris enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and gardening.
Surviving include her daughter and her husband, Deborah and Ronald Stewart; and one sister, Ada (Rose) Houghton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A committal service was held in the chapel of Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester, NH at 10:00am on Friday, February 5, 2010. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St. Derry, NH is handling the arrangements.
