OBITUARY
Fitchburg
Earl Russell Storm, 79, of Fitchburg, died Saturday January 23, at UMASS
Medical Center in Worcester.
Earl was born in Sioux Falls, S.D. May 21, 1930, the son of Ernest and Ida
(Gerber) Storm. He lived in South Dakota until joining the military and
came to Fitchburg in 1956.
Earl was employed as a truck driver for various trucking companies. Earl
served in the U.S. Army from 1947 to 1950. He then joined the U.S. Navy
and served from 1952 to 1956.
Earl leaves his daughter Susan E. Storm of Medford, his grandsons Travis
and Aaron Storm of Fitchburg, his grandaughters, Elizabeth Pollard of
Fredericksburg, Va. Earl also leaves his great grandchildren, Torya Storm,
Damarie, Mercedes and Peter Patrick, Jarel Pollard, Kobe Francis, Geneva,
GeAnni and Travis Storm Jr. His daughter Karen M. Storm died November
9, 2009.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday February
6, at 12:00 Noon at Forest Hill Cemetery. Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom
St. is assisting the family.
