WORCESTER-Kiriakitsa (Chioutsis) Liazos, 91, of Worcester, died Friday, January 29th in her home. She and her husband Arthur S. Liazos celebrated their 64th anniversary on Wednesday. She leaves her two sons, James Liazos in Florida and George S. Liazos of Worcester; her daughter, Connie and her husband Angelo Simos of New London, CT; and two grandchildren, Angelika and her husband Kostas Karachristos of North Haven, CT and Theodore Simos of Watertown.
She was born in Longos, Greece the daughter of Konstantinos and Efrosini (Tzolis) Chioutsis. Mrs. Liazos was a long time member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
The funeral is Tuesday, February 2nd with a service at 11:00 AM in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
