Catherine Lorraine (O’Connell) Palardy age 74 of Salem, NH, died Wednesday at the Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA.
She was born in Melrose, MA, grew up and was schooled in Arlington, MA, and graduated from Arlington High School. She was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 42 years, formerly of Medford, MA.
Mrs. Palardy was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Salem, NH. She enjoyed Crossword Puzzles, Needlepoint, Cross-Stitch, Embroidery, Boating, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her Husband Paul E. Palardy of Salem, NH
2 Sons: Michael Palardy of Merrimack, NH Steven & his Wife Elizabeth Palardy of Salem, NH
3 Daughters: Charlene & her Husband Mark Provost of Groveland, MA Patricia & her Husband Ed Neale of Methuen, MA Kathleen & her Husband Michael Salafia of Derry, NH
1 Brother: Robert O’Connell of Franklin, MA
2 Sisters: Marjorie Gammell of Orleans, IN and Mary-lou Kilgore who pre-deceased her.
10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her grandson Nicholas Provost.
Calling hours will be held Monday from 6-8 PM, with a Funeral Service at 8PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
