Mr. Frederic G. Sprague, 72, of Shelburne, NH passed away on January 26, 2010 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was born in Cambridge, MA on May 29, 1937 the son of Charles F. and Theresa (Glynn) Sprague and lived in Rockport, MA most of his life. He served in the US Navy and had been employed by Brown’s Yacht Yard. He retired to Shelburne, NH about 10 years ago and was a member of the Dupont-Holmes Post #82 of the American Legion. He also liked boats, enjoyed golfing and snow mobiling.
Members of his family include his daughter Donna Sprague of Cocoa, FL; his sons Douglas Sprague of Huntington Beach, CA and Fred Sprague of Cocoa, FL; two grandchildren Michael Lozaw and Gunner Sprague.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Dupont-Holmes Post #82 of the American Legion on Androscoggin St. in Gorham, NH. The Bryant Funeral Home of Gorham is in charge of the arrangements.
