In Attleboro, January 27, 2010 Jean Berube, age 82, longtime resident of Raynham passed away in Lifecare Center of Attleboro after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry Berube. She was born in Taunton to her late parents Frederick leonard & Mary Flemming. She was the youngest of seven children, and graduated from St. Mary’s High School. Jean & Henry Berube were married for fifty years and are survived by three children. Nancy Brummerloh of Taunton, Diane Edgerly of N.Y., N.Y. and Scott Berube of North Dighton. She was the devoted grandmother to her three grand children J.T. Brummerloh, Justin Brummerloh and Dominique Edgerly. She was also survived by many generations of nieces and nephews. Jean loved to travel with her husband and sisters and had a great affection for the movies. She was predeased by the late Dorothy M., Joseph J. and Irene Leonard, Mary Hodnett, Ruth Maxfield and Kathleen Cowan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Ann’s Church in Raynham on Sat., Jan. 30th at 11am. to which all are invited. Interment in the family lot in St. Joseph’s cemetery in Taunton.
