Obituary

Irving Herman 90, passed away on January 27, 2010 at the Kirkwood House in Wakefield. He was born in Boston, resided in Revere for 25 years and in Brookline for 25 years. Irving was educated in the Winthrop Schools and was a graduate of Winthrop High School.

Irving was a dental technician and the former owner of the Needham Dental Lab for many years. He was very devoted to his entire family. Irving was also an Army Veteran of WWII.

He was the beloved husband of the late Ida (Levine) Herman. He was also a devoted father of Eileen Herman-Haase and her husband Howard, Nancy Auerbach and her husband Paul and the late Jane Perry. He is also survived by his son in law Skip Perry. He was also the dear brother of the late Rose Bloomfield, Abraham Herman, Isadore Herman, Phillip Herman, Cyd Bozaan. Irving was the loving grandfather of Michelle Perry, Joshua Auerbach and Haylee Herman-Haase.

Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Cary Sq., Chelsea, Sunday January 31, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Internment will follow in Woburn. Memorial observance will be held at the home of Eileen Herman-Haase and Howard Herman-Haase in Medford following the interment and Monday starting at 10:00 AM. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimers Association 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA 02472.
