Arthur C. Burton, III, 19, of New Bedford died January 20, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Framingham, MA, the son of Rachel E. Twymon and Arthur C. Burton, Jr., he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
He was a member of the Union Baptist Church.
Arthur was a student at the Salter School.
He enjoyed music.
Survivors include his mother and father; 2 brothers, Michael J. Newsome, Jr. and Stevin A. Burton, both of New Bedford; his maternal grandfather, Haywood Twymon of Cleveland, Ohio; and a host of aunts and uncles.
His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 30th at 11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Visiting hours Friday, January 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to his family.
