Jesup- Mr. Eugene Richard Carlson, age 77, passed away Friday, January 22, 2010 at Golden Living in Jesup after an extended illness. He was a native of Geneva, Illinois living in Jesup the past 2 years, a retired carpenter and a member of Jesup First Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving is his wife: Beverly Miller of Jesup; 8 children: Terry and Maysha Carlson of Hobart IN, Kim Carlson of Sparta, WI, Daniel Carlson of Washington, DC, Gary Carlson of Meridian ,IO, Paula Martinez of Aurora, IL, Bill Carlson of Jesup, Erin Carlson and Shawn Carlson both of IN; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
