New Bedford- Sandra (de Silva) Harrison age 66 died Sunday January 17, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital unexpectedly. Mrs. Harrison was the beloved wife of Joaquim R. Harrison of New Bedford. They were married for 48 years. Sandra was the mother of Jack R. Harrison and Donna L. wife of George Pires both of New Bedford. She was the grandmother of Brianna and Leighann Pires. Sandra was the sister of the late John and Robert de Silva
Mrs. Harrison was the daughter of the late Mary (Lucas) and John de Silva. She was born in New Bedford and live in this area all of her life. Sandra was employed as a Housekeeper for the Wamsutta Club
Mrs. Harrison Religious service was private. Interment was at Rural Cemetery.
