Cynthia Jean Manning-Devlin, 49, Clarksville, died Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 2 pm Friday, January 22, 2010 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Brother Louie Montoya officiating. Visitation will be from 10 am until the hour of the service Friday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 18, 1960 in Germany. She attended First Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Griffin and a sister, Terri Griffin. Survivors include her mother, Norma Rager Moskalyk and step-father Mike, Clarksville; two sons, Michael W. Peters and Jason Peters, both of Clarksville; a brother, Jack Griffin, Milledgeville, Georgia; and a sister, Patty Moskalyk, Nashville.
