MARTINE, Jeanette P. (Calla), of Winthrop, passed away at the Lighthouse Nursing Care Facility in Revere on January 17, 2010. She was 91. She was the devoted mother of Joyce L. Pennybaker and her husband David of Winthrop and the late John F. Martine and his wife Judith of Peabody. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late John and Lena (Demeester) Calla. Dear sister of Florence Wenhold of Worcester. Adored grandmother of Tracy Dolan and her husband Spencer, Lisa Pennybaker, Kim Emmerich and her husband David, and David Pennybaker and his wife Venessa. Great-grandmother of Max, Christian, Aiden, and Gretchen Emmerich. Former wife of the late John F. Martine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements were private. Prior to her retirement, Jeanette worked for the U.S. Coast Guard as the secretary for the Commander of the 1st Naval District. Funeral arrangements were from the Maurice W.
