Hendi, Teresa Luisa (nee) Antonio age 88 of New Milford died Friday, January 15, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Nassif Chammas Hendi. Devoted mother of Louis Hendi and his wife Lise of Montvale, NJ, Diana Haddad and her husband Alain of Sherbrooke, Canada, and Daniel Hendi and his wife Lisa of Flemington, NJ. Loving grandmother of Jennifer and Justin Hendi, Calile, Alan, and Jessica Haddad, and Cameron and Connor Hendi. Dear sister of Luis Antonio. Mrs. Hendi was a retired seamstress having worked many years with Bond’s Clothing in New York’s Garment District. She was also a longtime member of The Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary. Funeral service Tuesday, 9:30AM from the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell then to The Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary, Paramus for a service beginning at 10:30AM. Entombment to follow at Garden of Memories Mausoleum. Family and friends are invited to visit Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM at the funeral home.
