Isabelle Ksiazek Myslinski died Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.
Born in Olyphant, daughter of the late John and Leocadia Zalewski Ksiazek, she was a graduate of Olyphant High School and St. Thomas Business College. She was a former member of St. Michael the Archangel Church, Olyphant. She was a loving and proud mother.
Surviving are three sons, Mark and wife, Janice, New Jersey; Brian and wife, Amy, South Carolina; and Gary, Texas; two grandsons, John and Matthew; a brother, Raymond Ksiazek and wife, Ann, Delray Beach, Fla.; a sister, Christine Pertusi and husband, Anthony, Littleton, Colo.; two sisters-in-law, Madeline and Joan Ksiazek; many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Tom Ksiazek; and three sisters, Mary and Regina Ksiazek and Florence Gefreh.
The funeral will be Monday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Church, to be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Muldowney. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Blakely.
