AnnieDewey Seidelman died Thursday at Mariner Healthcare at Pendleton in Mystic.
She was born September 10, 1912 in Philadelphia to William and Agnes Groves Dewey who emigrated to this country from Norther Ireland in 1903. She was the last surviving member of eleven brothers and sisters.
She was married to George Emil Seidelman on November 28, 1935 who died in 1993. They resided in Cape May, NJ for 30 years.
Together they had three daughters, Georgeanna Mauro (predeceased) of Mt. Pleasant, PA; Louise Rief on Niantic, CT; and Linda Shaw of Doylestown, PA. She had six grandchildren, Louis Mauro of Mt. Pleasant, Susna Nagy of Montville, CT, Steven Rief of Griswold, CT, Kate Jamon of New London, CT, Burr Shaw of Doylestown, and Hunter Shaw of Washington, VT. She had 8 great-grandchildren, Louis and Ryam Mauro, Nicholas, Guy, Stefan, and MacKenzie Nagy, and Tiffany and Brittany Jamon.
A Private Family Service will be conducted at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Doylestown. There are no visiting hours.
