WORCESTER-Ronald C. Garabedian, 68, died Tuesday, January 12.
He leaves his son, Ronald F. Corey of Worcester; two brothers, Richard Garabedian of Las Vegas, NV and Douglas Garabedian of Worcester; two sisters, Joan McDermott of Leicester and Pauline Fresolo of Worcester, nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Paul, Robert and Jack and his sister, Peggy predeceased him.
He was born in Worcester the son of Paul and Christine (Anderson) Garabedian and graduated from Commerce High School. He was a Vietnam War Navy veteran. Mr. Garabedian worked as a bartender for many years at the former Charles Restaurant. He was a dedicated volunteer at the Alhambra Council 88 Knights of Columbus.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, January 14 from 5-7 PM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will be on Friday, January 15 at 11:00 AM in Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery, Winchendon.
