Albert J. Gagnon, age 70, of North Reading formerly of Wilmington, passed away January 8th at the Meadow View Nursing Home in North Reading following a lengthy illness. Born in Wilmington he was the son of the late Leon J. and Anna (Beauchesne) Gagnon.
Albert was a life member of the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Lodge 2070 and also enjoyed spending the summer months in New Hampshire.
He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Jewer and her husband Tim of Billerica. He was the loving grandfather of Arlana, Jessica and Austin Jewer all of Billerica and is also survived by five great grandchildren. He is further survived by four sisters, three brothers and many loving nieces and nephews. He was the former husband of Patricia R. (Love) Gagnon. Albert is preceded in death by three brothers.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial wake service at the Dello Russo Funeral Home 374 Main St., Wilmington, on Thursday, January 14th, from 4 thru 8. Interment services will be private.
