Londonderry, NH: Mrs. Doreen M. (Townsend) Malek, 49, died Friday at her home. Born in Claremont, NH, Mrs. Malek had been an area resident all of her life. Mrs. Malek had been employed at LAB Corporation. She enjoyed fishing, riding her motorcycle and her computer. She had written a children’s book called “The Book Believe” and had done her own illustrations for the book. The long time companion of Michael D. McCartney, she is survived by:

There are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Wednesday at St. Theresa Church, in Methuen.
