HAAG, Elmer N. Jr., 86, passed away Thursday (01/07/2010) at his residence.
He was born in Louisville to Elmer N. & Flossie B. (Huffman) Haag Sr. He was a self-employed Fire Truck Mechanic and was a WW II Army/Air Corps Veteran. He was a Methodist by faith, & an avid woodworker.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; the love of his life for 58 years, his wife: Dorothy Mae (Harrison) Haag, and a Son: Robert Nelson Haag.
Survivors include 3 Sons: Nick Haag (Debbie), Larry Haag (Marian), & Jeffrey Lynn Haag;
4 Grandchildren: Leslie Cooper, Kimberly Ballard, Chad Greathouse, & Rick Greathouse; 1 Great Granddaughter: Nicky Cooper.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday (01/11/2010) at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
