Pamela Mary Blake, 80, Clarksville, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at Patient's Choice Medical Center, Erin, TN.
The funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home at the funeral home.
