LEICESTER__Edward Klimaszewski, 75, of Leicester, died Monday, December 28, 2009 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 50 years, Teresa (Wrobel) Klimaszewska, two sons, Jeffrey Klimaszewski and his wife, Patricia of Princeton and Mark Klimaszewski of Colorado; three daughters, Dorothy Jasukonis of Oxford; Diane Stonefield and her husband, Anthony of Calabasas, CA., Elaine Goldman and her husband, Tyler of Santa Monica, CA., seven grandchildren, Michelle and David Jasukonis, Stephanie and Paul Klimaszewski, Alexa and Sawyer Goldman and Daniel Stonefield and six siblings in Poland. He was born in Augustow, Poland, one of ten children of Vincent and Veronica (Przekop) Klimaszewski. He immigrated to the United States in 1964.
Edward worked as a baker for Table Talk Pie Co., for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2009 with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street, Worcester. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. HENRY - DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street, Worcester is directing funeral arrangements.
