Joseph P. “Jerry” Dupont age 91 of Pelham, NH., died Monday at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry, NH.
He was born in Lawrence, MA, where he grew up and attended schools. He was a resident of Pelham for the past 9 years, formerly of Windham, NH and St. Cloud, FL.
Jerry was a retired automotive mechanic for Dupont Motors in So. Lawrence, MA. He was a US Army Air Corps veteran, serving during World War II. He attended St. Patrick’s Church in Pelham and St. Matthew’s Church in Windham. He enjoyed gardening and was an all around handy man.
Jerry was predeceased by his wife Ora Mae (Barnett) Dupont
He is survived by 2 daughters:

Jacqueline & her husband Robert Dugas of Windham, NH
2 Brothers: Noah Phillip Dupont of Lawrence, MA
Emile Dupont of Baltimore, MD
2 Sisters: Doris McGurn of Arizona
Constance & her husband Robert Boutin of Arizona
6 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces & Nephews
A memorial gathering will take place Saturday, Jan. 2 from 9-10 AM, followed by a memorial Mass at 10 AM at St. Matthew’s Church, 2 Searles Rd, Windham, NH.
Inurnment will take place in the spring.
