Theresa L. (Bagdigian) Gennetti passed away on December 25, 2009. She was 87 years old.
Born in Medford, Theresa was a lifelong resident of the city. She was married for 61 years to the late Edmund “Eddie” Gennetti. She had a love for classical music and arts and loved being with her family.
Theresa was the beloved mother of Dawna DiOrio and her husband Ronald of Billerica, Lois Reilly of Malden and her late husband John and Edmund Gennetti Jr. and his wife Debra of Tewksbury. She was the dear sister of the late Isabelle Fennelly. Theresa was the cherished grandmother of Luba and Kristina DiOrio, John and Erin Reilly, Cherisse Fitzpatrick and her husband Hugh and Jarrod Gennetti and his wife Jaime. And the great-grandmother of Olivia Gennetti. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday, December 30th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a service in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 26 Washington Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Tuesday, December 29th from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
