Michelle L. Prowker, 24 years old, a lifelong resident of Greater Lowell, died unexpectedly December 20 in Boston as a result of an automobile accident that occurred December 18 in Andover.
Born in Lowell on February 6, 1985, she was a daughter of Michael A. Prowker and Kerry (McGuire) Prowker of Lowell. She received her education in both the Lowell and Tyngsboro schools.
Michelle was previously employed by the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Bedford where she worked in hospitality. She also loved to work in construction and was a heavy equipment operator for Lowell Paving Company. As a teenager, Michelle was a model for the John Roberts Powers Modeling Agency in Boston. Her loving family described her best as an independent, free spirited young lady who loved free hand drawing and decorating.
In addition to her Mother and Father, she is survived by her two loving children, her son Xavier Andres Estrada and his father Juan A.(Andy) Estrada of Lowell, and her daughter Jaliceanna “Princess” Claire Santiago of Dracut; her brother Michael A. Prowker and his fiancé Angela Mellor of Lowell; her nephew, Adyn Prowker of Lowell; several aunts, uncles cousins and many, many dear friends in the area.
PROWKER- Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, December 29, from 4 until 8 pm at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH STREET (Rte.38). Her Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, December 30, at 9:30 am at St. Margaret’s Church followed by Cremation. Friends are asked to gather at church for her Funeral Mass. Donations in her memory may be made to a fund for her children payable to either Child’s name to Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, c/o Kelly Toomey, 1595 Bridge St. Dracut, MA 01826.
