WORCESTER

Harry Mardirosian, 88, of Glenville, NY formerly of Worcester died Thursday, December 24.
He leaves his wife of 62 years, Betty B. (Gardarian) Mardirosian; a son, Harry Mardirosian, Jr. and his wife Carolyn of Tulsa, OK; a daughter, Judy A. Nault and her husband Daniel of Scotia, NY; a sister, Victoria Hagorian of Worcester; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Larry and Mardy Mardirosian and a sister, Lucille Konjoian predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of Nazar and Youapar (Demajian) Mardirosian. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII serving in the African and European Theatre.
Harry was a draftsman for Heald Machine Company retiring in 1982, prior to that he worked at Crompton and Knowles Company. He was a member of the Armenian Church of Martyrs and a former member of the Quinsigamond Lodge of Masons and the Greendale Retired Men’s Club. He was an avid bowler and golfer.
The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 29, at 11:00 AM in the Armenian Church of Martyrs, 22 Ormond St. with a Visiting Hour to be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Church.
