Catherine S. (Baroudi) Baroudi, 86, of New Bedford died December 21, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Ibrahim S. Baroudi.
Born in Zahle, Lebanon, the daughter of the late Slayman and Jeannette (Baroudi) Baroudi, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Purgatory Church.
Survivors include 3 sons, David Baroudi of Barrington, RI, Daniel Baroudi of New Bedford and Michael Baroudi of Pittsburgh, PA; 3 daughters, Miranda Baroudi of Dartmouth, Marlene Abi-Aad of New Bedford and Micheline LeRoy of Marion; a brother, Edward Baroudi of New Bedford; a sister, Samia Kashou of Lebanon; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford Thursday, December 24th at 8 AM. The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Purgatory Church at 9 AM. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, December 23rd from 4-7 PM.
