Isobel H. Harrell, 80, Clarksville, died Friday, December 18, 2009, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Jeff Burris officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 22, 1929 in Montgomery County daughter of the late Richard Felts Hagewood and Mae Binkley Hagewood. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James Hagewood and three sisters, Inez Pederson, Agnes Farmer, and Katherine Butcher. Mrs. Harrell was retired from Bootster Manugacturing Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Bethlehem. Survivors include her husband of fifty nine years, Stanley Harrell; two daughters, Debra Cooper (Ron) and Anita Hickey (Mike); four grandchildren, Amanda Cooper, Wade Cooper (Amanda), Ross Hickey, and Evan Hickey; one great grandson, Trevor Cooper; and one sister, Polly Farmer. Pallbearers will be Ron Cooper, Mike Hickey, Wade Cooper, Ross Hickey, Evan Hickey, and Steve Yarbrough.
