Evelyn Cecil Humphreys, 72, Clarksville, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, at Montgomery Care and Rehab Center. A private service will be held. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 26, 1937 in Harriman, TN daughter of the late William Fred Webb and Laura Smith Webb. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Humphreys. She attended Hilldale Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, David Humphreys, Great Falls, Montana; two daughters, Deborah Tanner, Great Falls, Montana and Susann Davis, Clarksville; three sisters, Helen Kimes, California; Thelma Gaylon, Kingston, TN; and Betty Ward, Ohio; three grandchildren, Scott Davis, Matthew Tanner, and Kelsey Tanner; and two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Noah Davis.
