WORCESTER__Sheila Marie (Charest) Ruutel, 53, of Worcester died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 in her home with family and hospice at her side.
She leaves her mother, Rose (Ruggieri) Charest Cole of Fiskdale: a son, Timothy Charles Hainsworth and his fiancée, Sarah Dean of Worcester; four brothers, Wayne Charest of FL., Steven Charest and his wife, Diane of Worcester; William Charest and his wife, Erlinda of TX., and Joel Martignetti of RI., two sisters, Kathleen Morrow and her husband, James, Jr. of TN., and Maryann Thorpe and her husband, Michael of Fiskdale; a special friend, Alan Huard, an aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins and “Gizmo”. She was born in Worcester and attended school here. Sheila was a nursing assistant having worked at the former Providence House Nursing Home and St. Vincent Hospital.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Allegiance Hospice for their kindness and support to Sheila and her family.
A private funeral service will be held in HENRY - DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
