TAUNTON – Jeffrey T. Monzel, 46, died at his Taunton home on Dec. 12, 2009, surrounded by his family.
He was the husband of Megan (Medeiros) Monzel, to whom he was married for seven years, and the father of Madeline M. Monzel.
Born in Smyrna, TN, he was the son of Fred J. and Jeanine C. (Stock) Monzel of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He also leaves a brother, Chris R. Monzel of Cincinnati, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Educated in Cincinnati, he was a graduate of Moeller High School, and Ohio State University, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Design.
Jeffrey and his wife moved to the Taunton area five years ago from Los Angeles, CA.
He worked as a graphic designer for the past 25 years, most recently for Partylite Gifts in Plymouth.
A communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Taunton, Jeffrey enjoyed hiking, listening to music, conversations with family and friends, and spending time with his daughter.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, Taunton on Friday, Dec. 18th at 11 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
