Obituary

Dorothy (Kazanjian) Parigian, 86 years old, a lifelong resident of Lowell, died Tuesday evening at Saints Medical Center.
Born in Lowell on April 22, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Mugadich and Mary (Dulgarian) Kazanjian and received her education in the Lowell schools.
Mrs. Parigian was attended St. Vartanantz Armenian Church in Chelmsford and was a member of the Woman’s Guild of the Church. She enjoyed crocheting, her trips to Foxwoods and was a regular Bingo player.
She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Dorothy Henry and her husband Thomas of Dracut; a son and daughter in law, Steven Parigian and his wife Peggy of Weymouth; three grandsons, Eric Beaudry and his wife Kimberly, Stepan Parigian and John Henry; a sister, Libby Kayajanian of Dracut; a dear friend, Barbara Graham of Lowell and many loving nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parigian was also the Mother of the late Cynthia Beaudry who died in 1999 and sister of the late Artamis Boyajian, Araxie Majarian and John Kazanjian.
PARIGIAN- Relatives and friends may call on Friday, December 11, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH ST. (Rte.38) from 4 until 8 PM. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 12, at 10 AM at St. Vartanantz Armenian Church, Chelmsford followed by burial in the Edson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Vartanantz Armenian Church, 180 Old Westford Rd. Chelmsford, MA 01824. Arrangements are by the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, LOWELL.
