Joyce Muirhead

Augusta, GA – Joyce Muirhead, formerly Joyce M. Tillman, 69, retired businesswoman and nurse entered into eternal rest on December 9, 2009 at
6:45 A.M.
A native of Tillar, Arkansas, she was a resident of the Statesboro area and Savannah for many years. She was a graduate of Armstrong State University and studied at Victory Bible Institute and Missionary Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She volunteered her nursing skills on several medical mission trips to Haiti and Mexico. She was a daily communicant at Church of the Most Holy Trinity.
She is survived by her two daughters, Vanee T. Blanchette of Statesboro, GA. and Cheri T. Kirby of Bartow, GA. She leaves five grandchildren, sister; Mrs. L. S. (Dolores) Coleman; niece, Mrs. James L. Spilliards (Nancy)
A memorial mass will be held at Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Augusta, December 11, 2009 at 12:15 P.M.
