Catherine L. Haubner, passed away Tuesday at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington. The wife of the late Francis X. Haubner. She was seventy-six years old.
Catherine was a amazing woman. She exhibited tremendous courage, grace and dignity as she lived her final days since her diagnosis one month ago. She was born and raised in Arlington the daughetr of the late Jennie (Stingel) and Francis Quinn.
She was a Woburn resident for most of her life, devoted to raising her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She retired in 1988 from the Woburn Court where she worked for over twenty-one years.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband are three brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are her three daughters, Catherine L. Rideout, of No. Andover, Pamela J. Ronayne of Woburn, Donna Richards and her husband Norman of Woburn; one son Francis X. "Frank" Haubner and his wife Beth of Wilmington. Also nine loving grandchildren and three loving great grandchildren and one sister Lorraine Paradis of Woburn.
Her funeral will be held from th McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn. On Saturday, Septemebr 13, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. Woburn at 10. Services will conclude with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
